Download the IBIS Model from Micron Website

The next step is to acquire the IBIS model for the DDR3 Dram Device

We will use the Micron MT41K512M16Ha-125 device

When we download the IBIS model it comes as a zip file because there are special models for the industrial temperature and low voltage parts

When we unzip the IBIS model we get the following files

The v91a_1p35_ibis_readme.txt file tells us what all the files are

It turns out we need the v91a_1p35.ibs file which is attached here

Please download this file to a place on your computer that you can easily get to

We also downloaded the data sheet, it is useful to store in the directory where we will build this as well
