Reorganize Address Clock and Control Pins

This video shows how we use cut/paste and move operations to move the address and control pins around to make a well organized section of pins.

The Address, Clock and Control pins are all on the left side of the symbols

and we add LEFT spacers between the different groups of pins using the left pointing double green Arrow Button.

We then save the file for the first time and we get prompted to save it as a different file name than SDL_from_template.sdl because partBuilder

wants to protect from overwriting your work if we run Smart-FRAC again (which we will when we build the symbols)

Here we pick first_symbol_order.sdl file.
