Where Micron provides access to get the IBIS model and the DataSheet

When we download the IBIS model it comes as a zip file we need to unzip it

The Downloaded file appears on the bottom left of the chrome window

because there are special models for the industrial temperature and low voltage parts

When we unzip the IBIS model we get the following files


we can use the The v91a_1p35_ibis_readme.txt file to see tells us what all the files are
It turns out we need the v91a_1p35.ibs file which is attached here
