Working with the NetBom Marker files

When you want to cross probe a NetBom Report Item to see it in the schematic or PCB, NetBom builds a special marker file that can be used in the specific schematic or board tool.

The Cross Probe files can be created using the right-click context menu from the NetBom reports

Cross Probing from the Net Trace Canvas

The Cross Probe buttons are also available from the Net Trace Canvas, and they will build a marker file containing all of the Part Pins that are currently displayed on the Canvas.

Cadence Capture Cross Probing using the CadEnhance Sch Navigate tool

To Cross-Probe the Parts or Nets in the Cadence Capture Schematic, the CadEnhance Free Capture Utilities must first be installed. The tools can be installed using the CE_INSTALL tool
